I have been living here for over a year now. This is by far the best community on mud Island! I love how quiet and out of the way it is will still be close to downtown and the middle of Harbourtown. It’s peaceful in the evenings, and I love being able to walk my dog on the green line across the street. I’ve never had any problems with my neighbors and everyone is so friendly. The office staff were super professional in getting me in and answering all of my questions (which were a lot), But they... were always patient with me. I love the dog park and how large the pool is. They just renovated the fitness centers and got a new coffee machine which I use almost every day! Maintenance is super quick at fixing things, but there’s not a lot that ever needs to be fixed. The only thing I wish they had was storage for bicycles So I didn’t have to bring it into my apartment. 1. I got this apartment sight unseen because of Covid. The apartment in the pictures was not the apartment I was given. I did ask and was assured it was the same one.
2. Pet policy is not followed. There are numerous pit-bulls, huskies, German Shepard’s and Great Danes. My dog was bit by a pit-bull and nothing was done after I filed a complaint. My carpet is stained from the blood as well. Also my dog has fallen sick often because they pet waste policy is not followed. 
3. Parking. I paid $30... for a sticker and pay $90 for a garage. I can park around the curbs or anywhere for that fact without a sticker and not get towed. I do not see the point in paying when I could just park like many do and not get towed. Also I have almost been hit because somebody didn’t see me because a car was parked on the curb.
4. Every weekend the trash is overflowed. That is not sanitary and it is consistent in being full.
5. With an updated apartment my carpet, HVAC unit, and ceilings are not updated. When paying this amount I would assume the whole apartment would be updated not just appliances and blinds. My baseboards are not complete in areas and it just shows the lack of care put into the space. The flooring in my kitchen was different from in my bathroom. The gutters outside are poorly painted with lines to match the color and it exemplifies the lack of care.
6. Anytime I ever visited the pool it was very dirty. I would also miss out on getting a pool pass because visitors would be allowed to get them.
7. This apartment complex is mostly college students. Beer cans and trash are thrown across the property with no regard. They also have massive parties outside at the volleyball court, with loud music and many non caring guests.
8. There is a resident there now that has a manikin in his window and will sit outside on his porch and yell profanities at other residents. This was also filed as a complaint and nothing was done.
The apartment and amenities are not worth the price. I can go somewhere else and get the same amenities for $400-$500 cheaper. If the policies were followed and updates were made I would stay and pay the price but they are not and that is why I will be taking my money elsewhere Read More

Lot of potential, The staffs are some what friendly but the property isn’t maintained well. They don’t do a good job of cleaning the apartment grounds and parking can be difficult sometimes. The towing company doesn’t do a good job towing vehicles that are not parked in the visitors parking.

I’ve lived here over a year now and have had MANY issues.... first my heater wasn’t working in the snow when it was less than 10° out and they came out MULTIPLE times and “fixed” it yet it wasn’t working still. Same issue with my AC I called and called and called and they’d “fix” it and it’d be fine for a day or so and then it’s be hot again. The walls and ceilings are incredibly thin and can hear all neighbors just about anytime they are awake, talking, listening to music or walking. It’s a... nice place to live but the maintenance issues are incredibly frustrating and they don’t seem to care that in the snow it was freezing and in the summer it was super hot. And regardless of how many times I complained about my upstairs neighbor they would belittle my complaints and say the neighbor is a very quiet person and says she’s not being loud. Honestly I am very surprised by the below reviews. I have lived in the apartment complex for 2 years and each year they charge my roommate and I more rent while allowing new folks to come at over $200 a month cheaper. In addition, we have put in multiple washer/dryer and laundry requests and they fix it enough for it to work for a week and then we need to put in an additional request. They really need to update the appliances. The same goes for the garages. I have brought them my garage door... opener every other month because it has stopped working and they keep telling me the battery must have died. Once the garage door opener didn't work after hours and I called to get into it and get my vehicle. They said that I would have to wait until business hours. Meaning, I could not go to where I needed to go on a Saturday night because of their system failure.
